How does a SpiritCrown rental supercharge the atmosphere of my event?

SpiritCrowns elevate the connection, joy, and magic of any event. The SpiritCrowns encourage an “ice-breaker” like activity that spurs dopamine and fun for all ages.

What types of events work well with SpiritCrowns?

Weddings, birthday parties, dinner parties, garden parties, baby showers, rites of passage, women’s retreats, performances, full/new moon circles, bachelorette parties, engagement parties, black tie galas, fundraisers, dances… the list goes on! I have even been approached for SpiritCrowns at a child’s memorial.

How does a SpiritCrowns event rental work?

  1. Pick out your SpiritCrowns package.  

  2. Choose your dates on the calendar. 

  3. Pick up your SpiritCrowns locally in Denver or get your crowns delivered for an additional fee. 

  4. Enjoy your SpiritCrowns!  Everything you need is right in the box. Also, keep the box for your return.

  5. After your event, simply return your crowns.  We recommend for a bride to outsource this task to a supportive family member or friend.

What comes in my SpiritCrowns rental?

Your rental includes the number of SpiritCrowns you rented, a clear bin and a top for storage, a tablecloth for a 6’ table, 3 mirrors, a sign inviting guests to try on and return their crown.  You can also add on a 6’ table or multiple 6’ tables depending on your setup.

What style of SpiritCrowns will come in my rental?

A general rental will include the most current SpiritCrowns we have available.  These will range in theme from elegant to natural, silly to fantastical, colorful to boho. This ensures a delightful exploration for your guests and a plethora of personalities to try on. When you rent your crowns you will have the opportunity to request a certain style, theme, or look.  As much as possible the SpiritCrowns team will match crowns that fit your desired theme.  In the future, SpiritCrowns plans to have some different lines such as Under the Sea and Black n Gold or Enchanted Forest.

How long will I have my rental for?

We support ease during peak experiences!  We look to make pickup and dropoff as simple as possible.  You are welcome to enjoy your SpiritCrowns.

What if I would like to buy some of the SpiritCrowns or my guests would like to buy them?

You and your guests are welcome to purchase the SpiritCrowns they are drawn to or fall in love with. 

Can you deliver my SpiritCrowns for me?

Yes! For delivery and pickup together:

  1. 0-25 miles $50

  2. 25-50 miles $75 

  3. 50-100 miles $100

  4. Free delivery on bookings over $2,500 up to 100 miles

What happens if a SpiritCrown goes missing or gets damaged?

We ask for a level of honor and respect for these handmade, (with love!), objects of adornment. You are responsible for the return of all SpiritCrowns in your rental.  Any crowns missing (not returned) will be charged to the credit card on file, as per contract agreement. If a crown is slightly loved on, as per general use, there will be no additional charge.  If a SpiritCrown is somewhat destroyed or majorly damaged there will be a materials and repair fee at $35/hr. These are usually minimal. 

How do I return the SpiritCrowns?

After packing the SpiritCrowns back up in their bin, drop off at coordinated address in Denver or as according to your delivery/pickup agreement. There is a late fee for delayed returns at $50/day.

What if I have a specific party concept?  Do you have crowns to match that?

In 2026 SpiritCrowns aims to grow to have themed collections such as mermaid, 1920’s, fairycore/medieval magic, astrology or elemental, solid gold, black and white.
