Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs. Once your order leaves our studio, it is in the care of the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and email us promptly so we can assist.

Processing & Fulfillment

All orders ship from Colorado.

Orders are shipped via USPS using:

USPS Ground Advantage for standard shipping
USPS Priority Mail for expedited shipping upgrades

Our default package size is 10” x 7” x 6” at approximately 0.5 lb.

We offer the following flat rates based on shipping zones:

Mountain Central Zone: $8.95 Standard
Pacific Zone: $10.95 Standard
Eastern Zone: $12.95 Standard
Priority Shipping Upgrade: +$10.00

Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $250

International Shipping

Canada: $19.95
Worldwide: $29.95
